Charging handles sold by FireTail Co. are firearm components intended for use in lawful sporting, hunting, or recreational shooting activities. These are not regulated parts under federal law and do not require an FFL for purchase.

By purchasing a charging handle from us, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess firearm parts in your state or locality.

It is your responsibility to ensure proper installation and function. Improper installation or use may result in damage or injury. We recommend installation by a qualified gunsmith.
